Cox’s celebrate 50th anniversary

Rev. Ulys Cox and Mrs. Phyllis Jean Cox will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on November 9, 2012. Ulys and Phyllis were united in holy matrimony on November 9, 1962 in Jellico, Tennessee by the Rev. Glenn Rowe.
They are each retired after over 40 years of employment in their secular jobs, but still remain as Pastor of the Mountain Ash Church of God of the Mountain Assembly.
Since their marriage, they have been residents of Whitley County, Kentucky and still live on their farm on Buck Creek Road in southern Whitley County.
