• Landmark Inn, 1891 Cumberland Falls Highway, Corbin – 88. Feb. 10 regular inspection. Remarks: the hard to reach areas of the ice machine are soiled; the bathtub faucet is leaking in rooms 120, 201 and 301; the light at the shaving mirror is insufficient in some rooms; hallway lights are not working on all three floors.

Remarks: the bathtub and sink are soiled in room 115; hard to reach ceiling corners are soiled in several rooms; the microwave is soiled in several rooms, particularly room 107; the light at the shaving mirror does not meet the 40 foot candle requirement in most rooms; paint is chipping and peeling on the exterior of the building.
