William Junior Dunigan, 68, of Lloyd Wilson Road, Williamsburg, departed this life on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at the North Knoxville Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.
He was born on August 28, 1948 in Portland, KY to the late William Taylor Dunigan and Eunice (Couch) Dunigan.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Sue Dunigan and his children, Kenneth Lee Dunigan and Jonathan Michael Dunigan.
He is survived by his five children, Donna Lacy of Birmingham, AL, Melinda Burroughs of Detroit, MI, Eunice Oberlin of Detroit, MI, Jessica Stafford of Rocky Top, TN and William Dunigan Jr, (Linda) of Williamsburg; special grandson, Richard Lee Dunigan of Rocky Top, TN; several other grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Daniel Lewis of Cincinnati, OH and Clarence Dunigan of OK; a sister, Dana Dunigan of Oklahoma; and host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
The funeral service was held Monday, January 2, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gill Bates officiating.
