Patricia Faye Blair, 74, of Main Street, Williamsburg, departed this life on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.
She was born on August 20, 1942 in Detroit, MI to the late Dennis Caudill and Beatrice Teague Caudill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Beatrice Caudill; and husband, Peter Blair.
She is survived by her two children, Cheryl Bailey of Williamsburg and Petrina Blair of Williamsburg; four grandchildren, Brandi Mullis, Braxton McGee, Landon Blair, and Colton Blair; great grandchild, Jenny Mae Mullis; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
The funeral service was held Saturday, April 15, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerald Mullins officiating.
