BID NOTICE:
The Whitley County Board of Education is now accepting sealed bids on mowing services for the 2019 mowing season. Please visit the district website, www.whitley.kyschools.us to obtain more information and a mowing bid packet. Please note in the bid packet, pre-bid meeting and insurance requirements.
Your sealed bid must be labeled “Mowing Bid” and submitted to the Whitley County Board of Education at 300 Main Street, Williamsburg, KY during regular office hours from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. Bid deadline is, February 1, 2019, at 11:00a.m. The Whitley County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities.
LOCAL PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING AND PUBLIC FORUM ADVERTISEMENT
On behalf of the Whitley County Board of Education, the Whitley County Local Planning Committee (LPC) will convene a meeting and public forum to develop the proposed District Facilities Plan.
The meeting will be held on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 5:00 PM local time. The public forum will be held on Monday, January 21, 2019 following the LPC meeting (approximately 6:00 PM). Both meetings will be at the Whitley County Board of Education, 300 Main Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky. The Public Meeting and Forum will be for the purpose of discussing items concerning the District Facilities Plan.
