Teens charged with leading police on two-county high speed chase

What began as an investigation into a vehicle seen doing donuts in the parking lot at the Williamsburg Save-a-Lot Sunday night, ended with a high-speed chase through Williamsburg and out Ky. 92 into McCreary County and the arrest of two Ohio men for multiple traffic and drug offenses.

Jeremiah Olwine, 19, of Dayton, Ohio, and Luke Powell, 18, of Xenia, Ohio, were arrested following the incident that involved Kentucky State Police and Williamsburg Police officers.
