Louise Walters, age 81, of Ravenna, KY formerly of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Marcum and Wallace Hospital in Irvine, KY. She was born September 28, 1939 in Williamsburg, KY to the late Bill and Eva Collier Barnhill. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Zola Rains, and one brother, George Barnhill.
She is survived by her husband, Glynn Walters of Ravenna, KY; one daughter, Jewell Eaton (Chuck) of Ravenna, KY; one son, William Rains (Vicky) of Dayton, OH; eight grandchildren, Ryan, Jodie, Shanna, Tara, Leah, Dalton, Josh, and Emily; 12 great-grandchildren, Jadeyn, Kaydance, Gatlin, Madyson, Grayson, Ellenore, Dawsyn, Landyn, Miley, Aubree, Penelope, and Hueston; one niece, Sharon Perkins (Wayne); four nephews, Curt Rains (Lois), David Barnhill (Diana), Darryl Barnhill, and Anthony Barnhill, several great-nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Thursday, September 23, at Ellison Funeral Home with Bro. Vernon Jones officiating. Interment will be in Maple Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be noon until the funeral hour Thursday, September 23, at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel.
