Johnny Ray Fouse, age 67, of Jellico, TN passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022 at the Beech Tree Manor Nursing Home.
Johnny is preceded in death by his parents, Albert Fouse and Nancy (Bowlin) Fouse; brothers, Albert Wayne Fouse and James Bowlin; and brother-in-law, Lewis Jones.
He is survived by his sisters, Mary Evans and husband Melvin of Williamsburg, KY and Linda Jones of Sweetwater, TN; one brother, Donald Fouse of Williamsburg, KY; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service was Tuesday, May 24, at the Llewellyn Funeral Home Chapel in Jellico, TN with Rev. Randy Bargo and Rev. Steve Siler officiating.
Burial followed in the Douglas Cemetery.
The Llewellyn Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
