Convicted Whitley County murderer meets with parole board in July

A Whitley County man, who was sentenced to over 50 years in prison in connection to the 1998 shooting death and robbery of a Woodbine man despite the lack of a murder weapon or any eyewitnesses, is eligible for parole again in September and is expected to go before the Kentucky Parole Board again in July.
