Date:

The mother and the wife of a Whitley County Detention Center inmate allegedly met a woman at the bottom of the hill in front of the jail earlier this month to pick up pills to be delivered to an inmate at the jail, according to testimony Monday morning from Whitley County Jailer Brian Lawson about an alleged conspiracy to smuggle contraband into the facility.
