Donnie Lee Smith, 50, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at his home in Corbin.
He is survived by his wife Tara Smith.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday morning, September 21, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Dana Martz officiating.
Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery.
