wyatt-georgia-leeGeorgia Lee Wyatt, 71, of Corbin, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at her home.

She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by grandkids Tony and Brittney Wyatt;  sister-in-law Pauline Wyatt; father and mother-in-law Cecil and Velma Wyatt all from Corbin; and parents Georgia Louise and Willard Scranton of Siloam, GA.

Georgia went home to see them again. What a family reunion that was. She was a very blessed woman.  She had lots of family and friends that loved her. Until we meet again. You will be never forgotten and truly missed.

She leaves behind her husband of 53 years, Keith Wyatt; one sister Bonnie Scranton of Quincy, IL; one son Ralph Wyatt and wife Sarah of Corbin; two daughters Bonnie Kerr and husband Melvin of Corbin and Ruth Carroll and husband Tim of Tellico Plains, TN; dear family friend Thomas Dyck of Clarkrange, TN; grandkids Timothy Wyatt and  wife  Amanda of Williamsburg, Amberly Collins and husband Frank of Manchester, Joshua Stewart and wife Ashley of Madisonville, TN, Cody Thompson and wife Kara of Bimble, Cory Thompson and wife Stephanie of Bimble, Michael Carroll of Tellico Plains, TN; nine great-grandkids and two on the way; and cousin and best friend Phyllis Thompson.

Funeral services were held Friday, Dec. 2, at Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Leonard Strunk officiating.

Burial was in Corinth Cemetery.
