Grand jury indicts 21 people on various charges

A Whitley County Grand Jury has indicted two Williamsburg men in connection with the August burglary of Tractor Supply in Williamsburg.

The grand jury indicted Dewayne Shelley and Barney Rhinehart, both 50, of Williamsburg, on charges of theft by unlawful taking over $500 but less than $10,000 and first-degree criminal mischief. Shelley was also indicted for second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
