Housing authority threatened with withholding of state funds, but it doesn’t receive any

The Housing Authority of Corbin has been notified that all state funding will be withheld for its failure to comply with a state law that is designed to increase reporting requirements for special purpose governmental entities. However, there are two problems with this.

One is that the housing authority receives no state funding.
