Jerry Hyslope, age 68, of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at Baptist Health Corbin.
He was born February 27, 1956, in Jellico, Tennessee.
Jerry is preceded in death by his father, William Hyslope; mother, Nora “Poppy” (Ivey) Hyslope; and grandchild, Beckhem Lee Archer.
He is survived by his wife, Therese (Rowe) Hyslope; daughters, Cynthia Whitehead, Lena Mills and husband Jim, Christine Kimberlin and Chris French; grandchildren, Sean, Emilie, Brandon, James, Luke, Nick, Gracie, Sid, Taylor, Jackson, Bryson, Lillian, and Grayson; great grandchild, Bentley; sisters, Debbie Lay, Dusty Lambdin and husband Brad; nieces and nephews, Rebecca Christian, Donnie Austin Lay, Braden Lambdin, Luke Lambdin, Gage Hyslope, and Blake Christian; special family, Paul Rowe, Gary Leach; and a host of friends and family to mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Monday, December 2, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services starting at 8 pm with Rev. Randy Bargo, Rev. Gage Hyslope and Bro. Paul Rowe officiating.
Burial will be at 11 am on Tuesday, December 3, in the Douglas Cemetery, Wooldridge community.
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.
