Joseph Ray “Joe” Westbrook, 66, of Corbin, passed away on January 31, 2019 at Baptist Health Lexington.

Joe is survived by his sister Carolyn Susie Goodin of Corbin.

A memorial aervice was held Friday, March 1, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating.
