Ky. Transportation Cabinet announces lane closures on I-75 in Whitley County

A portion of Interstate 75 in Whitley County will be reduced to one lane beginning Tuesday.

Officials with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said I-75 between mile points 19.5 and 19.8 will close the right lane and right shoulder daily through Thursday to perform maintenance.

“The closures will be in effect from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day,” transportation officials stated noting the dates and times may be adjusted in the event of inclement weather.
