Pursuant to 405 KAR 8:010, Section 16(5), the following is a summary of permitting decisions made by the Department for Natural Resources, Division of Mine Permits with respect to applications to conduct surface coal mining and reclamation operations in Whitley County. Bid Documents are available at the Whitley County Board of Education Office, 300 Main Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky or they may be obtained by visiting our website at http://www.whitley.kyschools.us/Whitley_Board/CentralOffice/Finance.html. Bids (1) – (9) will be opened on April 15, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Bids (10) – (17) will be opened on April 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Bids (18) – (27) will be opened on April 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Bids (28) – (34) will be opened April 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
