Noah Trump charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration

The Whitley County Grand Jury is expected to hear the case of a Williamsburg man next month, who is accused of violating Kentucky Sex Offender Registry requirements by allegedly living in the same home as a small child, according to his arrest citation.
