Patrick "Tank" Leland Powers, 75, of Louisville, KY formerly of Corbin passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Baptist Health Louisville.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, at the O’Neil-Lawson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, Thursday, February 5, at the O’Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.
