Louetta “Luly” Hamblin, 71, of Williamsburg, passed away Saturday October 31, 2015 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico TN.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Monday, November 2, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 3, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel.
Ellison Funeral Home, of Williamsburg, is in charge of these arrangements.
