Twice on Friday, I nearly died on Whitley County roadways.
The first brush with death happened while driving on KY 1064 on the way to cover an accident. A truck, coming the other way, was TOTALLY in my lane. A mere few feet before we crashed head on, the driver jerked the wheel and got over.
Then, on the way home, I was nearly killed in a similar incident on Barton Mill Road.
I have noticed driving in the wrong side of the road seems to be the en vogue thing to do lately. It is not cool. I have too much to live for. We all should pay a little better attention while we are driving.
