Prewitt wins close race to remain district judge

Following a closely contested race, incumbent Cathy Prewitt will retain her role as 34^th Judicial District Judge, which serves both Whitley and McCreary counties.

Prewitt narrowly staved off Seth Reeves in his first bid for district judge with less than a 200-vote margin during Tuesday’s General Election.
