Selenia Elizabeth “Penny” Meadors, 86, of Williamsburg, passed away Sunday July 10, 2016 at Baptist Health Corbin in Corbin. She was born January 11, 1930 in Whitley County to the late George Heaton and the late Florence Childress Heaton.
Funeral services were held Wednesday July 13, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doyle Lester and Ray Ramsey officiating.
Following the service she was laid to rest in the Highland Cemetery.
