South Carolina man indicted for attempted kidnapping at Whitley County school

While issuing its monthly report Thursday, the Whitley County Grand Jury indicted a South Carolina man for the attempted kidnapping of two children at a local school, and in a separate case a Williamsburg woman for felony assault in connection with a June car crash.
