Suspects tried to cut open ATM machine, fled from police

A Williamsburg man and a Tennessee man are behind bars after allegedly trying to cut into one of the most visible ATM machines in Williamsburg late Sunday evening before leading police on a high-speed chase along I-75 early Monday morning that ended after police deployed spike strips to take out the tires on the suspect’s vehicle.
