William “Tom” McKeehan

William “Tom” McKeehan, 76, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at home in Corbin.

Tom worked at National Standard for 34 years and was a U.S. Army veteran and Green Beret during the Vietnam war.

He was preceded in death by his parents Seberry McKeehan and Nellie Ellison McKeehan; brothers Emby McKeehan and Paul McKeehan; and sisters Bertha Mayne, Dessie Carter, Velma Engle and Jean Worley.

Tom is survived by his wife of 47 years, Wanda Mullins McKeehan; daughter Crystal Warren (Mike Delk) and son Bryan McKeehan; two grandchildren Tommy Warren (Emilly Brown) and Bryanna Claxton (Brandon Tucker); sister Claudette Spencer, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and brother Jerry McKeehan, Winter Haven, FL; and a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

The funeral service was held Saurday, April 13, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Tye officiating.

Burial was in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.

Military graveside honors were presented by American Legion Post #88.
