17th Street Christian Church welcomes new youth minister

Date:

17th Street Christian Church of Corbin has welcomed Joshua Luttrell as its newest youth minister.

Luttrell grew up and was raised in Perryville, where he played football and attended Boyle County High School. He began attending Campbellsville University in 2020. It was here that he would fill the Lord’s calling to devote his life to expanding His Kingdom.

During college, Luttrell found several ways to serve in the local church,  volunteering with youth regularly.

In 2022, Luttrell married his wife, Donna. In 2024, they both graduated from CU with a degree in Educational Ministries and they welcomed their first child, Rowan James.

Not long ago, the Luttrells found out they are expecting their second child. They could not be more excited about what God is doing.

The Luttrells are excited to be at 17th Street Christian Church to serve the congregation and community. Their main goal is to share the love and hope of Christ to all.

On Saturday, Dec. 20, 17th Street Christian Church will present the Kids Bethlehem Breakfast in the fellowship hall. The event will start at 9:30 a.m., and will be for kids 5th grade and under. Breakfast, a craft, and other activities will be included.

For more information, contact the church at (606) 528-4795.
