Chester Elmer Phipps, 69, of Gray passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016, at his home.

Funeral services were held Sunday, July 31, 2016, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating.

Burial followed in the New Phipps Family Cemetery at Gray with family members and friends serving as pallbearers.
