5K for MK: Racing to raise money for the Daugherty family

Community members gathered on Depot Street in downtown Corbin on July 11 for the 5K for MK event.

The fundraiser raised awareness for Millee Kate Daugherty, who has Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a rare aggressive brain cancer.

The event also featured the Depot Dash children’s race, with proceeds supporting Millee Kate and her family.
