Teresa Katherine Rains

Teresa Katherine Rains, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the Baptist Health Corbin, at the age of 60.
Born on October 17, 1963, in Whitley County, KY, Teresa touched the lives of all those around her with her warmth and kindness.
She is survived by her son, Alex Rains; her siblings, Christy Carr (Johnny), Mary Louise Earls (Phillip), Larry Dean Brooks (Vickie), Darrell Dewayne Brooks, and Jimmy Darren Cox (Catherine); several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
A funeral service to celebrate Teresa’s life was held at Croley Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 23, with Rev. Roger Meadors officiating.
Following the service, Teresa was laid to rest in Croley Addition of Highland Park in Williamsburg, KY.
As we gather to bid farewell to Teresa, let us remember her grace, her love, and the light she brought into the world. May her memory continue to brighten our days and guide us through the times ahead. Rest in peace, Teresa Katherine Rains.
Teresa was preceded in death by, Alva Rains, Alfred Brooks, Mary Cox, Allen Brooks, Sherry Brooks, Angie Brooks and James Lee Brooks.
