After losing their fifth game in a row Thursday night against Bell County (56-45), the Corbin Redhounds finally got a win at Pineville Friday, 72-36.
Whitley County picked up a big win against region foes North Laurel at home, 77-61.
The Williamsburg Yellow Jackets were also at home tonight. They defeated Jellico, TN 77-59.
In girls action, the Whitley County Lady Colonels defeated visting Harlan County by a score of 51-46.
The Corbin Lady Redhounds traveled to Lynn Camp and picked up a 53-47 victory.
And the Williamsburg Lady Jackets were able to pull out a district win at South Laurel, 52-51.
One Thursday night score to pass along – The Lynn Camp Wildcats picked up their fourth win of the season, beating Berea at home 68-56.
Scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday) is Whitley County boys on the road in Clinton County, Williamsburg boys at Red Bird, Bell County girls at Corbin, and Cumberland Gap, TN at Lynn Camp Girls.
