Since the COVID-19 pandemic struck, it has become increasingly common for many professionals to do telework from their homes, such as medical doctors doing telehealth. Does that right to work from their home extend to doing in-person services, such as a doctor operating a medical practice out of his home where he is seeing clients in-person?

This is one of the questions at the heart of a lawsuit that a Corbin doctor and his wife have filed against the City of Corbin in regards to the doctor’s medical practice out of his home on Maynor Street and whether he will be able to continue that medical practice there.
