Aaron T. Thacker, born in 1996, no auto insurance, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license – 90-day jail sentence probated, $150 fine, $173 court costs.
Joshua Gerald Cook, born in 1982, speeding 17 mph over limit – $17 fine, $133 court costs.
James Havens, born in 1984, no/expired registration plates, no auto insurance, failure to wear seatbelts, license not in possession – $150 fine, $143 court costs.
Manuel Herrera, born in 1972, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol, second-degree disorderly conduct – $200 fine, $173 court costs.
Luna Light, born in 1984, alcohol intoxication – $25 fine, $163 court costs.
Patrick Jonathan McIntosh, born in 1993, failure to wear seatbelts – $25 fine.
Cayden Kenneth Lee Smallwood, born in 2006, speeding 15 mph over limit – $30 fine, $133 court costs, state traffic school.
Ronnie Vanderpool, born in 1968, disregarding a traffic control device – $100 fine, $133 court costs.
Scarlett Laurel Elizabeth Wyatt, born in 1988, license not in possession – $100 fine.

John Wayne Bruce, born in 1966, theft – 90-day jail sentence probated after seven days are served, credit two days already served, plus court costs.

Bridget Gale Hughett, born in 1974, theft – 90-day jail sentence probated after 30 days are served, $250 fine plus court costs.
Ricky L. Broyles, born in 1961, third-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest – 12-month jail sentence probated after 14 days are served, credit 14 days already served, plus court costs.
John Campbell, born in 1977, second-offense DUI (controlled substance), no auto insurance, second-degree fleeing or evading police – 12-month jail sentence probated after seven days are served, credit seven days already served, operator’s license suspended, attend DUI classes, $400 fine plus fees and costs.
James Carr, born in 2004, no auto insurance – $50 fine plus court costs.
William O. Coffman, born in 1979, DUI (substance), possession of a controlled substance, careless driving, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia – 30-day jail sentence probated, operator’s license suspended, attend DUI classes, $200 fine plus fees and costs.
David W. King, born in 1990, second-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree possession of a controlled substance – 12-month jail sentence probated after 30 days are served, credit 30 days already served, plus court costs.
Shawn Lawson, born in 1994, third-degree criminal mischief – 90-day jail sentence probated after 75 days are served, credit 15 days already served, plus court costs, $257.89 restitution.
Sarah M. Mills, born in 1983, contempt – six-month jail sentence but may be released to long-term rehab.
William W. Veach Jr., born in 1979, second-offense DUI (alcohol) – 30-day jail sentence probated after seven days are served, sentence may be served on weekends, operator’s license suspended, attend DUI classes, $350 fine plus fees and costs.

Brandon Drummonds, born in 2000, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia – 12-month diversion.
Samuel Andrew Houston, born in 1973, following another vehicle too closely – $25 fine, $133 court costs.
Sasha Jackson, born in 1999, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, three counts of drug paraphernalia – 12-month diversion.
Hunter A. Jarvis, born in 2004, third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor – 12-month diversion, no contact with the daughter or mother.
