Virginia Kay Lewis, 53, of Corbin, departed this life on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 as the result of a motor vehicle accident.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 22 at Croley Funeral Home.
