Cold day for a Bowl

Date:

I’m really looking forward to seeing the Border Bowl. I missed it last year and I heard a lot of good things about it. There are some really good players coming in but I want to see our local kids play against some outstanding players from Tennessee.

I think they can more than hold their own. Cody Jones and Jason Powers are as good as any players in the state. Anthony Rider and Sreven Davis will do a good job as well.

This could be a big game for Ed Lawson of Williamsburg. Let’s just hope he gets a chance to run the ball. I’ve always thought Aaron Brock was small for a receiver. This will be his big chance to show some coaches he can play at the next level.

I have no doubt Tyler Rollins can play anywhere he wants. He is a D-1 player, but will he get his chance.

It will be a cold day Saturday, hopefully everything will come off without a hitch.
