Pat Collins, 74, of Williamsburg, passed away Tuesday April 5, 2016 at Baptist Health Corbin in Corbin.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday April 8, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Waddell and Rev. Jerome Cox officiating.
Following the service she will be laid to rest in the Cumberland Freewill Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Thursday April 7, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel.
