Jo Ann Siler, 70, of Corbin passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016, at Baptist Health Corbin.
A graveside service was held Monday, May 2, at McHargue Cemetery in Lily with Bob Lockhart officiating.
Hart Funeral Home, Inc., is handling all arrangements.
