Tammy S. Davis, 55, of Gray, passed away on Sunday July 3, 2016 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
Funeral service for Tammy Davis will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday July 7, at Blessed Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Logan and Rev. Lonnie Storms officiating.
Burial will follow in the McNeil Cemetery in Brummett.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until the time of her service at 2 p.m. at Blessed Hope Baptist Church.
