Sweet – O’Kuma to wed
Mr. Alan Sweet and the late Robin Sweet of Williamsburg, would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Allyson Elizabeth Sweet to Saxon Lee O’Kuma, son of Ms. Aprill Shelton of Corbin, and Mr. and Mrs. Johnathan and Janie O’Kuma of Gray.
Allyson graduated from Whitley County High School in 2010. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Kentucky in 2014. She earned her Master’s degree in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Lincoln Memorial University Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine Physician Assistant Program in 2016.
Saxon graduated from Corbin High School in 2011. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Kentucky in 2015. He currently works at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Manager Assistant.
The couple will be married by Michael Goforth on September 10, 2016 at the Conway Boatman Chapel at Union College in Barbourville, KY surrounded by their family and friends.
