Andrew Jackson Millsaps, Jr., 51, the husband of Norma Millsaps of Berea, and formerly of Laurel County passed away Friday morning at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
The family of Andrew Jackson Millsaps has requested that all services be private.
