w-img_0748Lena Jones Silvers, 90, of Lot Mud Creek Road, Williamsburg, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016 at the Beech Tree Manor in Jellico, TN.

She was born March 25, 1926 in Williamsburg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Duff Silvers; sons, Gene Silvers, Max Silvers; sisters, Geneva Jones, Ruby Jean Hatfield and parents, Ben and Martha Lawson Jones.
She is survived by daughters, Verna Jones and Robert, Linda Silvers and Linda, Martha Silvers and Gary; grandchildren, Esther Loudin and Terry, Melinda Silvers, Brandon Jones, Jay Anderson, Donna Poyner and Steve, Jeannie Anderson, Dillion Jones, Mason Jones, Tyler Jones; Great Grandchildren,  Katelyn Grace, Raylee, Jordan, Max, Jocyln, Boone, Jessup, Ashlyn, Kayla, Abigail and Lincoln; sisters, Lola Jones, Leona Fredericks, Mattie Fraley, Arizona Thompson, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.

The funeral was held Friday, October 14, in the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Earl Powers and Rev. Jonathan Wyatt officiating.

Burial followed in the Anderson-Siler Cemetery, Lot Mud Creek Road, Williamsburg.
