James L. Pool, 79, of Prewitt Bend Road, Williamsburg, passed away Saturday November 26, 2016 at his home.
He was born January 22, 1937 in Calloway County, to the late Ausie Pool and the late Autumn Stone Pool.
He was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Steven George Pool, Wade Lynn Pool, a sister, Doris Ann Collins.
He is survived by his wife Darla Pool of Williamsburg, two sons, Jim Pool (Robin) of Williamsburg, Trent Pool (Misty) of London; three grandchildren, Hailey Pool, Emily Pool, Trenton Pool, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services were held November 29, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Trent Pool and Jim Pool officiating.
Following the service he was laid to rest in the Piney Grove Cemetery at Goldbug.
