Emily Fay Wyrick, 45, of Corbin, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at UKMC in Lexington.

Funeral services were held Friday, August 4, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Smith officiating.
