Update: Three card monte scam apparently lead to slashing

A gambling scam involving a game of three card monte was apparently behind an incident at the Williamsburg Pilot Travel Center Thursday when a Georgia truck driver allegedly chased another man to the neighboring Walmart with a knife and cut him while recording the incident on his cellphone.
