Clarence “Junior” Lay, 40, of Lafollette, TN passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the Lafollette Medical Center.
He was born January 21, 1978 in Middlesboro, KY, and was preceded in death by his mother: Betty Reynolds Price.
He is survived by his daughters, Oliva Sue-Ann Kidd, Sarah-Beth Kidd; father, Clarence “Ed” Lay, Sr. and wife Louise; sisters, Tammy Terry, Tina Perkins, Stacy Rainwater; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
Funeral services were held June 28 at the Harp Funeral Home.
Burial was held Friday, June 29, 2018 in the Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community).
