Shawnee Raye Lay, 45, of Jellico, TN passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018 at the U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville.
She was born October 26, 1973 in Corbin.
Shawnee is preceded in death by her father, Coleman Ray Lay.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Kay Parrott Lay; brothers, Brian Parrott, Joey Parrott and wife Angela, and Kevin Layl sisters, Beverly Mullins, and Racheal Green; special nieces, Kayla Gaylor, Holly Parrott; special nephew, Vincent Parrott; uncles, Ben Parrott, David Lay; aunts, Gwen Hamblin, Joyce Lay, Betty Mason; and a host of friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral services were held Monday, November 26, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Lambdin officiating.
Burial was held Tuesday, November 27, in the Bowlin Cemetery (Jellico).
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of arrangements.
