Paul Brock wants ballistic evidence excluded at trial

The validity of the science of the forensic field of firearm examination was called into question Monday during a Daubert hearing in the case of Paul Brock, who is charged with three counts of murder, one count of first-degree fetal homicide and tampering with physical evidence.

Paul Brock is charged with three counts of capital murder and fetal homicide. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty. His trial is set for Sept. 8.
