Maxine Morgan

Maxine Morgan, 89, of Corbin, KY passed away Tuesday evening, May 2, 2023 at Baptist Health at Lexington, KY.
Born in Middlesboro, KY, she was a daughter of the late George W. and Maggie Loop Lowery.
A sister, Mae Galloway and brother, Russell Evans also preceded her in death.
Maxine had worked several years at Jack’s Market on Main Street at 6th before becoming a parts clerk for Rudd Equipment.
She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church.
Her family includes three sons, Larry Morgan, Kelvin Morgan and wife Vicki, and Chip Morgan; six grandchildren, James Morgan, Kristi Morgan, Tony Morgan, Nicholas Morgan, Bradley Morgan, and Christopher Morgan; seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was Saturday, May 6 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Sims officiating.
