Abby Wade Barnett, age 12, of Corbin, KY, passed away Friday, March 10, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
She was born May 13, 2010 in Corbin, KY.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Marthie Laflamme; great-grandmother, Georgia E. Chato Barnett, and grandfather, Robert L. Barnett, Jr.
Abby attended Whitley Central Intermediate School and attended Corbin Full Gospel Church of God.
She is survived by her father and mother, John and Mary Barnett of Corbin, KY; three sisters, Carissa Fitchpatrick (Nick) of Corbin, KY, Britnee Barnett (Bradley Faulkner) of Corbin, KY, and Shannon Wade of Corbin, KY; two brothers, Alaric Barnett of Corbin, KY, and Tyler Wade of Gray, KY; honorary brother, Gamble Barnett of Corbin, KY; grandparents, Marsha Saylor (Hubert), Rick Carr (Debbie), and Mildred Thompson; several cousins, uncles, aunts, her loving church family, and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 6:00 PM Tuesday, March 14, at the Corbin Full Gospel Church of God on Scuffletown Road in Corbin, KY, with Rev. Jerome Cox officiating.
Interment will be in Youngs Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 14, at the Corbin Full Gospel Church of God on Scuffletown Road in Corbin, KY.
Graveside service will be 12:00 PM Wednesday, March 15, at Youngs Chapel Cemetery.
